Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your DC Sports account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products with all original tags attached into a secure shipping box, ensuring you include the packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
